Please prepare your presentations in a PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format. The use of own laptops is not recommend. Presentation files should be brought on a flash drive. They can be uploaded at any break to the presentation laptop provided. Please upload the files early enough but latest 15 min before your designated session. A folder for each day and session of the meeting will be installed on the presentation computer. The filename of your presentation should contain your presentation ID as “TS XX-Y-ZZ”, e.g. TS 10-7-03 meaning the 3rd talk in the technical session 10-7.
You should review your presentation in advance to make sure all fonts appear as expected and all sound/video clips are working properly. A person of the local team will be attendant to assist you in technical issues. All presentation files will be deleted immediately after the end of the conference.

Speakers are requested to enter the meeting room at least 15 min before the beginning of the session and to introduce themselves to the session chair.
Poster presentation will take place on Wednesday, 7. Sept., 14:30 – 17:30, at the ground floor of the auditorium center. Bulletin boards with an effective size that is 1000 mm wide x 1400 mm high will be provided. We recommend to prepare posters in regular DIN A0 format being 841 wide and 1189 mm high. Adhesive strips will be provided to fix the poster. Don´t bring/use pins. Posters will need to be taken down immediately after the poster session. Authors must remain in the vicinity of the bulletin board for the duration of the session to answer questions. Poster presenters are not supplied with any audiovisual equipment.
Session chairs are requested to be present in the designated session room at least 15 min before the session begins. Please contact all presenters personally to ensure that all speakers of the session are present and have uploaded their presentation file on the laptop provided. A person of the local team will be attendant to assist you in technical issues.
